Benefits of our Laser Welding
Laser welding uses the laser´s energy as a source of heat. The welding is carried out by a pulsed laser.
- High precision laser spot to weld components of wearable products such as injection mold.
- Laser welding offers travel speeds that can be five to ten times faster than TIG welding and three to five times faster than MIG welding in some applications.
- Suitable for range of materials and thickness.
- Laser produce highly concentrated heat source, and transmits only a limited amount of heat into the surrounding material, therefore will have minor changes in microstructure.

Our TIG Welding
Benefits of our TIG Welding
Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) is a welding process that produces the weld with a non-consumable tungsten electrode.
- TIG welding offers more precision
- TIG welding will not produce the same small flaws that other techniques create as there is more control over the amperage.
